Welcome to AmbLife.com (“AmbLife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About AmbLife

AmbLife is a healthcare comparison and booking platform that helps users discover, compare, and book services such as ambulance transport, home nursing, physiotherapy, and medical equipment from independent third-party providers (“Providers”).

AmbLife facilitates connections between users and Providers. Unless explicitly stated, AmbLife is not a healthcare provider and does not deliver medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care directly.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on behalf of yourself or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information when searching, comparing, or booking services.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or interfere with its operation.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a Provider.

5. Bookings, pricing & payments

When you book a service through AmbLife, you enter into an agreement with the relevant Provider. Pricing, availability, inclusions, and service terms are set by the Provider and displayed on the Platform where possible.

Payments may be processed through AmbLife or designated payment partners. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including applicable taxes and add-ons confirmed at checkout.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules depend on the service type and Provider policy shown at the time of booking. AmbLife may assist with dispute resolution but is not responsible for Provider performance outside our control.

6. Provider listings & verification

Providers listed on AmbLife are independent businesses. Verification, ratings, and reviews are intended to help users make informed choices but do not guarantee outcomes, clinical results, or arrival times.

AmbLife may remove or suspend listings that violate our policies or applicable law. We do not endorse any specific Provider over another.

7. Emergency & medical disclaimer

AmbLife is not a substitute for calling official emergency numbers (such as 112 / 108 in India) in life-threatening situations. Response times, routes, and medical decisions during transport are the responsibility of the Provider and local authorities.

Always seek immediate professional medical help when facing a critical emergency.

8. Intellectual property

The AmbLife name, logo, website design, and Platform content are owned by AmbLife or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmbLife shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to AmbLife for the booking giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
